What you’ll do

  • Assess customer credit and set limits to ensure timely payments.
  • Track balances, send reminders, and resolve payment issues.
  • Work with customers on payment plans.
  • Keep customer accounts updated and accurate.
  • Work with sales, customer service, and finance to improve processes.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting, sales administration, credit & collections, or customer service
  • Strong data analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Organization and strong attention to detail mandatory
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and email software mandatory, experience with ERP and reporting software a plus
  • Those living in Quezon City or North Metro Manila is an advantage
