What you’ll do
As a company nurse, you’ll be responsible for providing immediate medical assistance, administering treatments, conducting health assessments, and promoting wellness. Your role will involve educating employees on safety practices, assisting in health program development, ensuring compliance, and offering administrative support as needed.
- Provide immediate medical assistance and first aid treatment to employees in case of injury or illness during work hours.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Conduct health screenings, assessments, and wellness programs to promote employee well-being.
- Educate employees on injury prevention, disease management, and workplace safety practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of occupational health and safety programs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
What are we looking for?
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Professional License in Nursing is preferred but not required.
- With at least 1 year of relevant experience as Company Nurse in a manufacturing company.
- Certification in Basic Occupational Safety and Health is an advantage.
- Those living in Quezon City or North Metro Manila is an advantage.
