  • Will be assigned in plant operations and maintenance management.
  • Assists in the development and updating of the PM Master Plan and the annual PM schedule for production equipment.
  • Updates the production equipment inspection checklists based on the PM Master Plan.
  • Prepares action plans to reduce downtime and improve maintenance procedures.
  • Assists in the production, maintenance of rolling mill equipment, and quality assurance of rebars.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Mechanical or equivalent).
  • At least 2 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops and monitors execution of Manufacturing Standards
  • Verification of existing standards using IE tools and methodologies
  • Spearhead improvement team(s) in the plants to provide assistance in capturing improvement potential in: manning levels, material loss reduction, workplace redesign, downtime reductions and performance improvement.
  • Documents and develops training materials in the methodologies of continuous improvement tools
  • Support the plant in benchmarking their practices and performance with the best in the related field.
  • With knowledge on TQC, TPM or other productivity programs.
  • Ensure establishment of key performance indicators and their use to support business objectives

OFFICE ENGINEER

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and process subcontractor bills.
  • Check bills raised by the Contractor including on-site verification of measurement and rates with Tender.
  • Review of bills of quantities and item lists.
  • Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors, contractors.
  • Prepare Preliminary Estimates at proposal stages.
  • Prepares weekly and monthly reports, look-ahead schedules, impact schedule and catch-up plan, etc.
  • Responsible for the study of BOQ as per specifications and taking out quantities from drawings.
  • Arithmetic and technical checking of all bills i.e. civil and electrical works, steel works, material invoices, etc.
  • Physical checking of bills at site case to case.
  • Material Reconciliation

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Registered Civil Engineer preferred but not required
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience 
  • Strong leadership, people management, and project management experience

  • Responsible for checking and maintaining the standard of the daily production rebar quality result in coordination with QA Technician and Production Head.
  • Conducts physical inspection of incoming billet materials, check chemical certificate report, implement billet segregation when found necessary
  • Review product specifications and promote engineering changes with accompanying justification.

METALLURGICAL ENGINEER

PURCHASING ENGINEER

The Purchaser’s main role is to ensure that the materials needed for production and projects are available.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepares materials and equipment purchase lists and specifications based on the requirements (mechanical and electrical spare parts)
  • Meets and coordinates with the other technical groups in the organization for the determination and finalization of their materials and equipment requirements.
  • Looks for the best possible sources in quality and cost (price), of these materials locally and internationally.
  • Evaluates prices and other terms and conditions of purchase for needed materials and equipment.
  • Communicates with all possible suppliers of materials and equipment through ordinary mail, email, faxes, and telephone calls.
  • Prepares all documents and materials needed for the purchase of materials and equipment.
  • Prepares reports of these purchases for Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Electrical Engineering/Industrial/ Mechanical/Business Studies/Management or equivalent.

  • Administer emergency treatment and assessment to patient/workers.
  • Promotes health programs in the plant. This includes: health awareness, health and safety meetings/updates, DOLE compliance, monitor medicine supplies, and prepares requisition. 
  • Coordinates all health and safety training programs for the employees and employer.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and Professional License in Nursing.

  • Receives and handles employee complaints, by giving necessary advice or seeking it were required, and generally help to resolve conflict at work; advises employees on company policies and Code of Discipline;
  • Handling disciplinary cases and facilitates due process when necessary;
  • Develop tools of conflict prevention and use techniques and strategies for conflict resolutions among employees;
  • Monitors and conducts employee engagement and motivation surveys;

The ideal Sales Coordinator will be the point of contact for Sales executives, Management, and customers. The Sales Coordinator will keep schedules, provide feedback, documentation, and information in order to facilitate team activity. MECHANIC

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Mechanical Engineer, Automotive or equivalent technical/engineering course.
  • With substantial years of experience in preventive maintenance, actual maintenance, servicing and repair of trucks, heavy equipment and light vehicles.
  • With substantial years of experience in supervising auto-mechanics, auto-electricians and other motor pool personnel.
  • Knowledgeable in automotive components including auto-electric, hydraulic, and mechanical system
  • With valid driver’s license.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must be a graduate of Mechanical Engineering Technology, Machining or its equivalent

  • Can work on shifting schedules and Sundays.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduates of two (2) or three (3) years course in Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, Welding and Fabrication Technology, Industrial Automation Maintenance Technology or equivalent.
