Duties & Responsibilities
- End to End Recruitment and Fulfillment of Needs
- handles end to end recruitment and timely fulfillment of the company’s manpower needs based on qualifications
- Online Job Postings
- Creating and posting job openings on various online job boards and the company’s website.
- Ensuring that job listings are optimized for online searches and are visually appealing
- Social Media Management:
- Managing the company’s social media profiles and using them to promote job opportunities.
- Crafting engaging and relevant content for social media platforms.
- Graphic Design and Content Creation
- Creating visually appealing graphics and images for job postings and social media.
- Designing eye-catching banners and promotional materials.
- Writing and editing job descriptions and other recruitment-related content.
- Posting photos, developing video content or presentations to showcase the company and its career opportunities.
- Analytics and Tracking:
- Monitoring the performance of online job postings and social media campaigns.
- Analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of digital recruitment efforts.
- Community Engagement
- Engaging with the online community, including potential candidates and industry professionals.
- Building and nurturing a positive online presence for the company.
- Candidate Experience Enhancement:
- Ensuring updated and a user-friendly and tech-savvy experience for candidates applying via website/online
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related course
- At least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting methods and best practices.
- Tech savvy
- Those living in QUEZON CITY or NORTH METRO MANILA is an advantage
