What you’ll do
Responsible for accurately weighing trucks before and after loading or unloading. Operate the truck scale equipment, record weights, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Operate the truck scale equipment to weigh trucks before and after loading or unloading.
- Maintain accurate records of truck weights, including the details of products, time of weighing, and truck identification details.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as weight limits set by transportation authorities, and company policies regarding loading procedures.
- Communicate effectively with truck drivers, warehouse staff, and other stakeholders to coordinate weighing activities and address any discrepancies.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the truck scale equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
What are we looking for?
- A graduate of any four (4) year course.
- Preferably with equivalent experience in dispatching.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of weighing equipment operation and maintenance.
- Those living in Quezon City or North Metro Manila have an advantage.
