Duties & Responsibilities
- Evaluating operational systems and facility infrastructure to ascertain and improve operational efficiencies
- Developing processing plans and optimizing resource allocation
- Determining facility and equipment specifications
- Analyzing project costs and preparing budgets
- Ensure to monitor site facilities improvement
- Planning and coordinating infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedules and activities
- Coordinating and overseeing contractors performing maintenance activities
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, city ordinances, and health and safety standards
- Preparing reports and compliance documentation
- Support any afterhours building needs and activities as required.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in the same field
- Proven with experience as Facilities Engineer and/or Architect
- Knowledgeable on relevant regulations and building codes
- Project Management Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office, AutoCad and Communication Network
- Those living in QUEZON CITY or NORTH METRO MANILA is an advantage
