What you’ll do
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented MRO Storeroom Supervisor to oversee the overall management of our storeroom operations. This role ensures accurate inventory, efficient storage, and optimized stock control to drive operational success and create a lasting impact.
- Optimize inventory management to prevent shortages and overstocking.
- Ensure accurate ERP records and real-time inventory tracking.
- Maximize warehouse efficiency with strategic storage and security measures.
- Conduct regular audits, reconcile discrepancies, and lead cycle counting.
- Analyze inventory data to support informed decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvements in inventory control processes.
- Lead and develop a high-performing storeroom operations team.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in inventory and warehouse management, preferably in a heavy industry or manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems for warehouse and inventory management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
