At Capitol Steel, we’re not just looking for any Warehouse Supervisor – we’re searching for a Warehouse Supervisor who leads with purpose, champions continuous improvement, oversees our warehouse operations, inspires their team to excel, and makes a tangible impact everyday!
- Optimize layout and space utilization, implement effective inventory control procedures, and maintain efficient processes to boost productivity.
- Ensure efficient loading and unloading processes to maximize space utilization and minimize handling time.
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Work with other departments to resolve inventory and warehousing issues and ensure stock levels meet production demands.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a clean, safe working environment.
- Drive digitalization initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and attention to detail.
